These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kg22 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the kg22 website at kg22.vip, all associated sub-pages, and all services, games, and features made available through the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the kg22 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

To register and maintain an account on kg22, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kg22 does not permit use by any person under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registering and using your account. VPN or proxy usage to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• You must register using your own accurate personal details. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must hold only one registered account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded from kg22 or any other gambling platform at the time of registration. If you have previously self-excluded, you must contact support before attempting to re-register.

kg22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification and proof of address — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of kg22 services, you are required to register a single personal account. Registration is free of charge. You must complete all mandatory fields accurately, including your full name, mobile number, and date of birth. The information you provide must match the identification documents that may be requested during KYC verification.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any other person for any reason. kg22 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to maintain credential security. You should notify kg22 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Keep your contact details (mobile number and email address, where applicable) up to date at all times. kg22 uses these to deliver important account notifications, security alerts, and promotional communications.
• Never share your account login credentials — including with persons claiming to represent kg22 on third-party messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or Telegram. All legitimate kg22 communications originate from official channels only.
• Select a password that is unique to your kg22 account — do not reuse a password from another service. A strong password should be at least 10 characters and combine letters, numbers, and at least one symbol.
• Always log out of your kg22 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. Shared devices in homes across Dhaka, Sylhet, Rajshahi, and other Bangladesh cities are a common source of unintended account access.

kg22 reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point during the account lifecycle. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued national ID card, a recent utility bill or mobile wallet statement, or a selfie for biometric matching. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending completion of the verification process.

kg22 supports deposits and withdrawals via the leading Bangladesh mobile wallet and banking services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies. All transactions on the kg22 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not currently support cryptocurrency transactions.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the kg22 platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made using an account, card, or wallet belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be displayed at the time of the transaction request within the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. kg22 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Any deposit funds that appear to have been made in error, or that are identified as being part of a fraudulent transaction, will be reversed. kg22 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in the investigation of suspicious transactions.

Deposits are typically credited to your kg22 balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed mobile wallet transaction. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact kg22 support with the transaction reference number provided by your mobile wallet provider.

kg22 does not accept cash deposits or transfers by traditional bank wire that are not routed through the supported mobile wallet or card payment infrastructure. All transactions must be traceable to a registered payment account held in the player's name to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

kg22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh sporting and cultural events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of the promotion and the general conditions set out in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have met the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement. Bonuses claimed by ineligible players will be voided without compensation.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Only the net winnings derived from completing the wagering requirement on a bonus are eligible for withdrawal.
• kg22 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus or promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable. Bonuses that have not been activated or used within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk, mathematically certain wagers to clear wagering requirements (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting) — will have their bonus winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended. kg22 uses automated systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse.

kg22 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Online betting and casino gaming are forms of entertainment intended for adults aged 21 and above. They should never be viewed as a source of income, a solution to financial difficulties, or a coping mechanism for personal problems. If you feel that your gambling may be becoming a problem, kg22 urges you to seek help immediately.

kg22 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Time-out: Take a break from your kg22 account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a time-out, your account remains open but all wagering and deposit activity is suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kg22 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately, all funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform while underage, or assisting or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino games, poker variants, or any multiplayer format.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to gain an advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using the kg22 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or display errors in games or the platform interface. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided regardless of whether the error was reported.

kg22 employs dedicated fraud detection and risk management systems that operate continuously. Patterns of play or account activity that are inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming will be flagged for manual review, and the account may be suspended pending the outcome of that review.

All content on the kg22 platform — including but not limited to software, design layouts, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kg22 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership right, licence, or other interest in any kg22 intellectual property.

You are permitted to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial use of any kg22 content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kg22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kg22 platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

kg22 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability. kg22 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned outages in advance via platform notifications.

kg22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe, account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, or receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon closure of an account for any reason, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, after deduction of any outstanding bonus funds and subject to completion of identity verification. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

kg22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kg22 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page at kg22.vip/terms-conditions. By continuing to use the kg22 platform after any amendment has taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not accept any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting kg22 support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment services operating in the jurisdiction in which kg22 is registered. In the event of any dispute arising between you and kg22 in connection with your use of the platform, both parties agree to first seek resolution through kg22's internal customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that the matter will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits kg22's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
